This apartment consists of two areas: an open space dedicated to the living area and the sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The desire for conviviality and passion for cooking of the owners has led us to design a generous living kitchen with a peninsula that visually and physically interacts with living-dining area. A narrow countertop in oak wood shields and filters the food preparation area and at the same time it softens the formal aspect of the object itself. The extractor hood is intentionally concealed, the operational columns positioned on the side wall are completely integrated by a system made of cabinets, doors and bookcases that are custom designed. The small hallway, which acts as a link between the living and sleeping area, has been designed as gears in a machine: frames, paneling, marble and doors unfold naturally without leaving anything to chance.
